  My life underwent a lot of changes during the writing and the quest to publish this book.   maadak - Intoxicating drink; poison, gets humans high, effects am’r like strong hallucinogen / tranquilizer and makes them sick

  maadakyo - corrupted with maadak, a mortal who has drunk maadak

  patar - “parent” or “maker”, title used by a am’r or am’r-nafsh for the am’r who made them

  pat'rkosh - patar-killer

  vhoon - blood

  vhoon-anghyaa - blood influence, blood-line, the traits that come down from your patar, also the smell of your patar in your blood

  vhoon-berefteh - to be bled

  vhoon-vaa - am'r-style healing with blood

  vhoon-vayon - am'r love making, with other am'r or am'r-nfash

  vistarascha - dying the mortal death, becoming am’r
